An hour in one of these classes will have you working up a sweat without even realizing it! You can even convince your husband-to-be for the two of you to be enrolled in salsa or ballroom dancing lessons, not only to prepare you for your wedding party, but also to have you in great shape for the day of!

Along with eating right, you should be feeling healthier and slimmer in no time. Always remember the quote, “you are what you eat” and never put any unnecessary processed foods into your body. Eating “clean” will give you more energy throughout the day and will keep you focused on your main goal – your wedding day. Get into the habit of weighing yourself on a regular basis to see if your diet and fitness plans are working for your body.
