Wedding Party Management
- Email correspondence about what’s expected for a “FUN” Island Wedding Party and their respective roles as Island Bridesmaids and Groomsmen that is unique to the island vibe
- Email detailed wedding day itinerary in advance as to keep them informed of events so they can identify opportunities where they can plan surprises for the Bride and Groom as they deem appropriate:-)
Personal Chef & Catering Management
- Manage the coordination of all catering/food & beverage needs for then entire length of visit to the island including the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, bridal dressing, wedding reception, beach parties and bonfires and any other catering needs.
- Coordinate menu selections and food tastings
- Provide signature drink ideas
- Arrange for wedding cake and delivery
- Ensure that caterers provide imaginative food presentation, creative menu design, all contracted items and appropriate décor
- Create online registration and management for menu selections and RSVP’s
- Provide final guest count and menu selections to caterer by specified cut-off date
Island Concierge Service
An Island Wedding Specialist shall be on call to answer any questions or make any arrangements for you. You are our distinguished guests when you are here; it’s Your Island ~ Your Wedding ~ Your Way!
- Advise you on logistics regarding shipping, receiving and customs/duty clearance
- Bride & Groom’s complimentary use of steamer for wedding weekend
- Facilitate all communication to keep the bride, groom, key family members and wedding party on track during every stage of the wedding planning and during the event
- Provide on-site support to the bridal couple with one or more Island Wedding Specialists who will be present at the rehearsal, the wedding and the reception
- Schedule salon and spa services
- Schedule golf tee times
- Arrange for personal chefs and private dinners
- Provide recommended restaurant lists
- Provide suggested packing lists for guests
- Travel & honeymoon arrangements if required
Arrangement of your Bahamas Marriage License and Ceremony Consultation
Bahamas law requires that at both bride and groom present themselves in person to make application, show identifications, sign the necessary paperwork, and provide documentation for obtaining your Bahamas Marriage License. For this reason, it is very important that you arrange your itinerary to allow time on a week day (that is not a holiday) prior to your wedding day to do this. This appointment will be scheduled twenty-four (24) hours after your arrival in The Bahamas.We handle all of this for you and you just show up with the documentation we instructed you to bring.
- Schedule your appointment for your Bahamas Marriage License with the local Administrator’s office on your behalf prior to your arrival to The Bahamas. Pay for your our Marriage License and affidavit fees
- Pre-Wedding Review/Consultation in George Town and assistance to obtain your Bahamas Marriage License. Arrange for your desired Bahamas Marriage Officer (civil or clergy) to conduct your wedding ceremony
- Schedule a pre-consultation with your Officiant
- Discuss family arrangements, special seating, processional and recessional order
- Ensure any special and sentimental touches are included in your ceremony
- Assistance with wedding program design
- Proof, edit and approve final program for printing

The celebration we have all been anticipating with excitement! We will expertly produce, coordinate and manage every aspect of ALL your planned activities and events for your island wedding week or weekend to create the fabulous wedding of your dreams
Total Events Management
- Provide One (1) Island Wedding Specialists on-site to assist your Lead Consultant
- Coordinate and supervise delivery of contracted supplies including the decor, cake, centerpieces, party favors, guest book, limo, boat or other transportation, etc.
- Rehearsal coordination and direction of rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, the after-the-wedding party plus any other welcome receptions or farewell brunches, beach parties
- Oversee and manage wedding day installations and complete set-up
- Troubleshoot as necessary
- Arrange for retrieval and placement of guest book, pens, toasting flutes, cake serving set, flower baskets, ring pillow, aisle runners or other items being provided by couple
- Ensure flowers are placed as designated in floral agreement
- Proper placement of favors, place cards, table settings and signage
- Handle any last minute emergency needs of the bridal party
- Use of Emergency Kit
- Monitor special tasks and desires for the reception including the wait staff duties, do’s and don’ts for the band or D.J., post reception transportation and delivery of gifts and clothing, etc.
- Distribute any final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals
- Collect and secure all wedding gifts and keepsakes at the end of the reception
- Coordinate couple’s memorable exit
- Remain until the guests have departed
